Minimal booking stay is 2 nights.
Payment for apartment and for rent only in cash and in Euro.
All payment for your stay is at the first day of arrival - if for some reason you can`t pay - you can`t stay.
Check In Check out - as stated on previously card.
For renting car or motobike you must show (and have) a valid driving license

This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment during the stay.
No pets are allowed in the apartment or on the premises—no exceptions.
Smoking is not allowed at apartment (also vapes and e-cigarettes)
Cash payment is available after a 30% advance online payment.
Please note that all outdoor amenities are shared with other guests and are not exclusively for your use during your stay—please keep this in mind.
We are not responsible for any damage, breakage, or other issues.
Parents should keep an eye on their children when using outdoor amenities (pool, playground, etc.).
Guests are required to show photo identification and a credit card upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days before arrival – full refund.
30 to 7 days before arrival – 80% refund.
Less than 7 days before arrival – no refund.
All equipment, amenities, terrace gear, swimming boards, etc., are used at your own risk.
The tenant is responsible for any damage to indoor or outdoor equipment and must cover the cost of repairs.

Take R10 or …line bus to get to apartment. Bus stop is exactly in front of Euromarina building. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Euromarina from airport.

If you are EU citizen we recommend getting general healt card which is respected in all EU hospitals and medical places. You don`t need to pay for most basic hospital services. Without this card you have to pay all amout for your visit - in some situations these cost may be high. Consider this.

If you are not EU citizen - you may buy an extra travel insurance. This will give you a piece of mind, just in a case.

In Spain, on shore, there is a risk to meet jellyfish. Depending on the potency of the jellyfish’s venom, symptoms may include swelling, vomiting, rash, muscle cramps, tachycardia, shortness of breath, a burning sensation, and severe pain. If any of these symptoms occur, medical assistance should be sought immediately.
